Sivota Kipoi Design Suites offers the 4th suite with private entrance and pool. Featured with the name of  “Orchid”,  the 48 square-meter  Junior Suite is an exclusive retreat and represents the luxurious atmosphere of the newly built complex.

Modern design is supplemented with immersive vertical and horizontal wood elements and small details that make a positive impact to your experience. A generously proportioned king-size bed with complete Cocomat system will ensure quality and relaxed sleep throught the night. The fully equipped kitchen, will provide everything you may need for your lunch or breakfast.

Every suite has its own 36 square-meter terrace, which comes complete with a private pool, a large exterior bed which is literally floating on the pool,  table, saiz long, sunbeds and sun parasols so guests can sunbathe or dine in total privacy.  The modern lines are combined in perfect harmony with the greenery and plants. Free parking space is suppplied just in front of every suite with an eco option for EV charging station.
